This article explains how to process a refund for a Zenchef Pay payment.
If you need to refund a payment, you can do so from the list of transactions available on your Zenbook.
All you have to do is click on the second button on the right of the payment "refund":
A manager code may be required to complete this action. Simply enter it to validate the refund.
The refunded payment will then appear like this in your list of transactions:
If you are using a tablet:
- When you are viewing the list of payments:
- Simply click on the relevant payment, then click on the green button at the top of the screen:
- Then click on "refund the bill"
