π In order to use Zenchef Pay in your establishment, one of the essential connections is with your cash register software.
Below are the steps to follow to make this connection, depending on the cash register you have:
CLYO:
To make this connection, our Technical Team will need to intervene remotely on your CLYO cash register software.
This happens during a video conference appointment, scheduled by the person in charge of your Zenchef Pay training.
You will need to have:
- your cash register accessible and turned on
- without needing to use it (ideally, we schedule this appointment outside of your service hours)
- your TeamViewer credentials (or any other remote control software)
