In order to use Zenchef Pay in your establishment, one of the essential connections is with your cash register software.
Below are the steps to follow to establish this connection, depending on the cash register you have:
MICROS:
To establish this connection, our Technical Team will need to remotely access your MICROS cash register software.
This is done during a video conference appointment scheduled by the person in charge of your Zenchef Pay training.
You will need to have:
- Your accessible and turned on cash register
- Without you needing to use it (ideally, we schedule this appointment outside of your service hours)
- Your TeamViewer credentials (or credentials for any other remote control software)
