How to Set Up Online Reservation Modification?

Enable your customers to easily adjust their reservations online, eliminating the need to call you for changes. This not only simplifies the reservation process but also saves you valuable time daily.

To adjust the modification time frame, just follow these steps:

• Go to your settings, click on the "Reservations" tab, and then go to the Services section on the left menu
  
  
• Select the service for which you want to adjust the setting
  
  
  
• You will find the following parameter
  
  
  
• Simply adjust the parameters according to your needs and save at the bottom of the page

Please note that if you are using manual reservation confirmation, you will need to confirm the reservation again once it has been modified.

Important: Reservations associated with a bank imprint or pre-payment cannot be modified online at this time. We are working on an enhancement to allow adjustment of amounts based on modifications made by your customers.
