How do I manage my bookings?

When you receive a booking request, you will be notified by various means that you can configure here.

View my reservations to be managed

They will all be listed in your Zenchef space in the Reservations to be confirmed section.

You can then respond to the booking request by clicking on the icon in the top right-hand corner.

Your customer will receive a notification confirming their booking.
