What you need to know
The customer file automatically centralizes the data of all customers who have made a reservation at your restaurant via Zenchef.
It allows you to better understand your customers, ensure personalized follow-up, and support your marketing efforts.
You will find useful information such as:

The customer’s name and contact details

Dates of past reservations
-
Any submitted comments
-
Preferences (favorite table, dietary habits, etc.)
The history is automatically updated with each new reservation, allowing you to track customer feedback and loyalty over time.
1. View your customer file from the web application

Log in to your Zenchef interface.

Go to the Clients tab, then Customer File, located in the left navigation bar.

Use the filters to search for a customer by name, email, phone number, or reservation date.

Click on a customer to open their detailed profile. You will be able to view their visit and review history.

Download your customer file using the icon located in the My Customers tab.

You can also manually create a new customer profile from this page.
2. View your customer file from the iOS and Android app

Open the Zenchef app on your mobile device.

Go to the Customer File tab via the main menu in the top-left corner.

Search for a customer and access their profile (history, comments, preferences, etc.).

Click on a customer to view their detailed profile and visit/review history.

Download your customer file using the Download icon located in the My Customers tab.

You can also manually create a new customer profile from this page.

Common Issues

I see multiple profiles for the same customer
This may be due to reservations made with different emails or phone numbers. You can merge profiles via the web interface. -
A customer does not appear in my file
Only customers who have booked through Zenchef (website, widget, manual reservation, etc.) are automatically recorded.
