How can I change a reservation ?

To change an existing booking, go to Reservation book in the left column of your dashboard. On the reservation that is to be changed, click the status icon.

 

 

When you click, a dropdown menu appears. You can cancel or amend the reservation from here.

 

                                                         

 

If you select Edit booking, the following window opens up :

 

                                     

 

You can then change all of the data : the number of guests, the contact details, the date, the booking hour.... Just don't forget to Confirm !

For your information, you can also send an email or a text message to notify the customer of the change by ticking the box, but make sure there's a mobile number and email address in the above fields before.
