If a customer calls you to book a table in your restaurant, you can add the booking on your dashboard. This action is very important because the customer will become part of your customer file.
1️⃣ Click on the button accessible from your dashboard.
The one at the top left can only be accessed from the reservations list and pre-fills the date.
The one at the top right can be accessed from any page in the software.
Once you have clicked, a calendar will open. You will need to set :
- the date of the reservation (or not if you clicked on the button on the left)
- the number of covers
- the time
- customer details
If the customer is already in your customer file, you will be asked to add their details directly:
You can choose to send confirmation of this booking by e-mail or text message to the customer, but you will need to enter a mobile phone number or e-mail address.
If SMS is not activated in the settings, this option will not be available.

Once the booking has been registered, click on Reservations in the navigation bar and you will be able to find this booking.
2️⃣ Click on the chosen table in the seating plan.
If you choose this option, the table will automatically be assigned to the reservation created:
