What you need to know
If you haven’t made a charge on a reservation associated with a bank imprint, you can release that imprint with one click from the reservation. If you take no action, the bank imprint will be automatically released by the software after a few days.
1. Release a bank imprint from the web application

Go to your Reservations tab

Find the relevant reservation

Click on the colored action button (the one showing the reservation status)

Click on the action "Release the bank imprint"
2. Release a bank imprint from the iOS and Android app

Open your Zenchef app on your device

Go to your Reservations tab via the dropdown menu at the top left

Find the relevant reservation

Click on it to access its details

Click on the colored action button (the one showing the reservation status)

Click on the action "Release the bank imprint"

Common cases
- "The 'Release the bank imprint' button is not available." Check that a bank imprint is actually placed on the reservation, and that it hasn’t already been charged. Also check that the action buttons are enabled in your settings.
