How to Send Your Digital Menu to Your Guests

Why?

Providing your guests with the menu of the day directly by email or including it in the confirmation email enhances their dining experience and ensures they have all the necessary information before their visit.

Include the Digital Menu in Notifications

    • You can display the digital menu in one of the notifications sent to the guest.

Use the "Send Menu" Action

    • The "Send Menu" option allows you to share the menu directly with your guests.

Activate Notifications

    • Ensure the "Digital Menu" notification is enabled via Mail in your settings. (Note: Sending menus via SMS is not available.)

Ensure Correct Reservation Details

    • The reservation must:
      • Be registered for the specific service (e.g., Easter service from April 9 to 10).
      • Have a valid email address to receive the notification and digital menu.
