What you need to know

Private Experiences allow restaurants to offer exclusive experiences to selected guests — via a unique, shareable link.
Only guests with this link can view and book the experience.

Common use cases:

  • Private dinners
  • VIP invitations to test a new menu
  • Exclusive access to the chef’s table

This feature is included in our Manage and Grow subscription plans.

 

1. Setting up private experiences

  • Go to your account settings, then click on the Experience tab.
  • Create a new experience or edit an existing one, then go to the Experience availability tab.
  • Set the Experience visibility to Private.
  • Link the experience to at least one service.
  • Share the link manually or use the Email Campaign tool.

 

2. FAQs

  • I want only some of my guests to be able to book an experience.
    The Private Experience feature is exactly what you need! If the experience is set to private, it will not be visible anywhere publicly.
  • How can I make sure my event stays fully private?
    Create a service exception, make experience selection mandatory, and link only the private experience.
    Result: only guests with the private link will be able to book that service.
