What you need to know
You can view and reply to all reviews left by your customers. These are responses to the Zenchef questionnaire sent after your service. It’s important to manage these reviews professionally to maintain a good relationship with your customers and ensure a positive image for your establishment.

1. Manage my reviews from the web application
A tutorial guide on customer reviews is available directly in your Zenchef account.
Go to the Client tab at the top left of your screen in the dark navigation bar.
The Reviews tab
This tab lets you view all Zenchef reviews left for your establishment. You can:
- Reply to each review individually. Simply select a review and click the dedicated reply button. You can use a predefined reply or write a personalized one. Note: The reply is sent only by email to your customers, so make sure their email address is filled in.
- View the customer profile
- Find the reservation linked to the review
- See your overall score and scores by criteria (Service, Ambience, Menu, Value for money)
The Statistics tab
This gathers global data about your establishment:
- Your overall score
- Your scores by criteria (Service, Ambience, Menu, Value for money)
- The most used keywords
The Custom Replies tab
This lets you create reply templates, so you can respond more efficiently to all reviews.
2. Manage my reviews from the iOS and Android app
On the Zenchef app, review management works similarly to the web version.
- Find the Reviews tab in the dropdown menu at the top left.
- Click a review to access the action buttons: Reply, View customer profile, Call, and View reservation.
3. Common cases & FAQs
Common cases
- My customers aren’t receiving my reply to their review. Check that their email address is correct.
- I don’t see customer reviews in my tab. Check in your notification settings that sending review requests is enabled.
FAQ
- How do I edit a predefined reply? After selecting a predefined reply, you can customize it before sending.
- How do I delete a customer review? It’s not possible to delete a customer review. Contact our Support team if you have a specific need.
