It is in your SMS notification settings and/or in your email notification settings that you can choose to enable or disable the review request with a reminder.
Note that your clients tagged as VIP (regardless of the star rating) will not receive any review solicitation after their reservations.
First email sent to the client:
Subject: [Restaurant Name] Following your visit to our restaurant
Second email sent to the client:
Subject: [Restaurant Name] We would love to have your feedback
