The multiple bookings selection mode allows you to avoid mechanically repeating the same action on multiple reservations. It allows you to trigger a common action on a selected group of reservations.
This mode is available in the Floor plan view of your reservations list, above the list of reservations and to the right of the search filter.
Once the selection mode is activated, there are 3 ways to select reservations:
1️⃣ Unitary selection
2️⃣ Time slot selection
3️⃣Select all
From the first selected reservation, it is possible to Choose an action to perform from a list of options. Only actions common to the selected group of reservations will be available in this list.
Here is the list of available actions in the multiple reservation selection mode:
1️⃣ All "status" actions
In this mode, you can change the status of multiple reservations in 3 clicks!
We strongly recommend that all confirmed reservations for the day be marked as completed at the end of the service, as "Finished" or "No-show", for example.
2️⃣ Some contextual actions for statuses
- You can send reconfirmation and bank guarantee requests to a group of reservations, provided that they are linked to a contact (with an email address or phone number). And send prepayment requests with the additional condition that the selected reservations are associated with experiences.
- You can propose a new time to a group of bookings, provided that they are linked to a contact (with an email address or phone number).
3️⃣ A general action: send a message
You can send a customed message to a group of bookings, provided that they are linked to a contact. In the context of this feature, you will always be able to change the status of this group of reservations by sending your message (as is the case for sending a message on a reservation).
