How to manage multiple bookings at once?

  • Access multiple selection mode from the Seating Plan view

  • Select reservations (individually, by time slot, or all at once)

  • Choose and apply a shared action

What You Need to Know

  • The multiple selection mode is located in the Seating Plan view above the reservation list, to the right of the search filter.

  • Only actions that apply to all selected reservations will appear.

  • Some actions require reservations to be linked to a contact with an email or phone number.

1. Accessing and Selecting Reservations

Multiple selection mode is available in the Seating Plan view above the reservation list and to the right of the search filter.

There are three ways to select reservations:

  1. Individual selection

  2. Time slot selection

  3. Select all

2. Choosing an Action to Apply

Once you've selected the first reservation, click Choose an action.
Only the actions that apply to all selected reservations will be available.

3. Available Actions in Multiple Selection Mode

  1. All “status” actions

  • Change the status of multiple reservations in just 3 clicks.

  • For example, at the end of service, mark all confirmed reservations as “Completed” or “No-show.”

  1. Status-dependent contextual actions

  • Send reconfirmation or credit card guarantee requests to reservations linked to a contact (email or phone number).

  • Send prepayment requests for reservations associated with experiences.

  • Suggest a new time to all reservations linked to a contact.

  1. General action: send a message

  • Send a personalized message to all selected reservations linked to a contact.

  • You can also change the status of the selected reservations at the same time.
