Is it possible to offer two price options?
Absolutely, you can ask us to create gift vouchers of any amount. We are currently working on developing an interface that will allow you to create and modify your own gift vouchers in the future.
What does the gift vouchers contain ?
The buyer's email addres contains a first table summarizing the order details and all the purchased vouchers, with their respective usage code.
Are these gift vouchers customizable? Can they be given as gifts?
Only the name, description, value, price, and validity period can be customized for each voucher. The current functionality does not aim to meet the need to give a voucher to someone else. However, there is nothing preventing your customers from giving the code of a voucher to someone else as a gift.
How can I refund my customer if necessary?
To refund your customer for their purchase, for example if they made an overpayment, you must contact our support team via help@zenchef.com.
Can I offer promotions such as "Free aperitif with every gift voucher"?
Absolutely, you can add this type of information in the voucher description or others.
How can I activate this feature if I have multiple restaurants?
You need to request activation of the feature for each restaurant by filling out a form accessible from the Zenchef space of each of your accounts https://app.zenchef.com/statistics#.
How can I control gift vouchers? What does it look like? How can I validate them?
The Gift Vouchers project is divided into four parts:
- An online gift voucher sales module: ✅ developed urgently in one week to support you
- A configuration module to create and modify vouchers: ✅ developed urgently in one week to allow you to take control of your vouchers as quickly as possible
- An interface for tracking and managing sold gift vouchers: 🚧 currently being designed
- Voucher booking: 🚧 currently being designed
Is it possible to offer a €5 discount on an order of two €25 vouchers?
It is currently not possible to offer discounts based on the quantity of products purchased. At best, you can offer the following two vouchers:
- a €25 voucher sold for €25
- a €55 voucher sold for €50
Are there any commissions?
A 5% commission is applied to sales transactions to cover the fees of the Stripe payment partner.
If I decide that this feature doesn't suit me, how can I deactivate it?
You simply need to disable or delete all the gift vouchers from the gift voucher management interface.
