Is it possible to offer two price options?
Absolutely! You can create multiple vouchers with the amounts of your choice, and even offer your customers an open-value gift card.
What do the Gift Cards look like? Do you provide a visual?
The buyer will receive an email with the payment receipt and order confirmation. A second email is also sent, which includes the gift card with the voucher code.
The email address for receiving this second email is customizable, allowing your customer to send it directly to the gift recipient.
The gift card design is embedded in the card and is not yet customizable.
Are these Gift Cards customizable? Can they be offered as a gift?
Only the name, description, value, price, and validity period are customizable for each Gift Cards.
It is possible to gift the voucher, as your customer can enter the recipient's email address, and they will receive the gift card directly.
How can I refund my customer if needed?
To refund your customer—for example, if they made an extra purchase—you must contact our support team at help@zenchef.com.
Can I offer promotions, like “A free aperitif with each voucher”?
Absolutely! You can include such details in the Gift Card description.
How do I activate this feature if I have multiple restaurants?
You need to request activation of the feature for each restaurant by filling out a form accessible from the Zenchef dashboard of each of your accounts:

How do I track gift cards? What do they look like? How are they validated?
The Gift Card project is structured into four parts:
an online Gift Card sales module
a configuration module to create and edit Gift Cards
an interface to track and manage sold gift cards
booking with a Gift Card
Can I offer a €5 discount on the purchase of two €25 Gift Cards?
At the moment, it’s not possible to offer discounts based on product quantity. However, you can offer the following two Gift Cards:
one voucher worth €25 sold at €25
one voucher worth €55 sold at €50
Are there any commissions?
A commission between 2% and 6% applies, depending on your Zenchef subscription plan. This is charged on sales transactions to cover the payment partner’s fees.
What if I decide the feature isn’t right for me—how do I disable it?
You simply need to deactivate or delete all Gift Cards from the management interface.
