Each booking has its history from the reservation list.
It gives you access to:
- All actions taken on the reservation and by which user account of your restaurant
- All notifications sent to you and your client
- The ability to cancel the last action taken on the reservation.
⚠️ The history is available for one month after the reservation date only.
Consult the action history of a reservation
From the booking list:
- Click on the reservation you want to consult
- Access the history from the tab
- Consult the different actions taken on the reservation
Note: the user account that performed the action is indicated at each hour and date when the action was taken.
Consult the notification history
From the booking list:
- Click on the reservation you want to consult
- Access the history from the tab
- Click at the bottom on "view email and SMS history"
You will be able to:
- Preview the content of the notifications:
- Resend them:
- Know the delivery status of the notification:
Note: the notification history is not a messaging system. It will not allow you to exchange messages with your clients in real time.
Cancel the last action on a reservation
To cancel the last action that was taken on the reservation:
- Access the history as explained above
- Click on "cancel modification"
Note 1: It is only possible to undo one action.
Note 2: If you have accidentally canceled a reservation and want to revert to the previous status, canceling the modification will not inform your client that their reservation is no longer canceled. Therefore, you will need to notify them by sending them a message from your account or by calling them.
