What is the list off staff members for?

When manually adding a reservation, you can fill in the “Taken by” field.

To enable this feature:

  1. Activate the setting for manual reservations via
    Settings > Service & Reservations > Manual Reservation.

  2. Enable the “Taken by” toggle. You can also choose to make this a required field. In that case, a manual reservation cannot be saved without selecting a team member.

Then, go to
Settings > General & Team > Teams > Staff members
to add the team members you want to choose from.

To remove a team member from the list, click the trash icon to the right of their name.
