From your reservations list, it is possible to view bookings in different ways.
Filtering my bookings
Filtering my bookings by shift
According to the types of shift that you have set, you will have as many filters as shifts:
Note 1: They will be very useful for each shift to retrieve the respective list of customers who will come to the restaurant.
Note 2: The ALL filter includes bookings for all shifts.
Filtering my bookings by status
It is possible to filter your bookings according to their status:
- ALL allows you to view all bookings:
Note: You can exclude the "canceled" status from your settings.
- Waiting will display reservations in the "to manage" status only:
- Coming up will only present "confirmed" bookings:
Note: this filter will be useful to track the arrival of your customers during the service by setting their status to "arrived" or "seated"
- Shift allows you to view confirmed and seated booking status:
When the booking is on finished status, it disappears from this list.
- Other provides access to more filters on the remaining reservation statuses:
Different views
- The seating plan view allows you to display the list on the left and the plan on the right:
- The timeline view allows you to view reservations by table using a table and a cursor that evolves according to the time. This tool is very useful for services with table rotations:
- The booking notebook displays reservations without the table plan:
- The Calendar view displays the number of covers per service and per date:
The summary table
From your reservation list settings, you can activate this table which includes the recap table of the number of bookings by number of guests.
This table is displayed in the table plan view at the bottom of the list:
