Zenchef and Lightspeed (K-series: iKentoo) have integrated to allow restaurateurs to centralize their actions and customer information, freeing up time for their core business.

Summary
Advantages
The Lightspeed K Series application must be open for the connection to take place
- Sending new reservations from Zenchef to Lightspeed K Series
- Updating reservation statuses in both directions
- Synchronizing reservation assignments on the floor plan (tables must be numbered in the same way).
Conditions
The Lightspeed K Series - Zenchef connection can only work if you check the following conditions:
- The floor plan is identical in both systems (same table number)
The process
I. Login from Zenchef
- Go to your Zenchef account: Zenchef login page
- Click on the "Settings" tab: restaurant's settings
- Click on "Partners", then on the tab: "Connect Ikentoo"
- Enter your iKentoo login details then click on "Connect"
- Tick the two "optins" :
- Reservation-API
- Financial-API
If necessary, choose the establishment to be connected from the drop-down list at the top left of the screen and click on CONNECT.
PS: If an error message appears, wait a few minutes, go back to Zenchef - Settings - Partners - Lightspeed iKentoo and click CONNECT again.

II. Connection from Lightspeed K Series.
- Log in to your Ikentoo account from this interface: iKentoo login page
- Click on the tabs: Configuration / Items then select "Menus" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the action: "Modify" to configure your card
- Click on the screen: "RESA".
- Click on "Add a button"
- Click on the section: "Web extension to use" and select the Zenchef extension
- Click on : "Add Button"
*If the Zenchef web extension is not available, please contact k-series.support@lightspeedhq.com to ask them to activate it.

III. Usage
The Zenchef reservation appears on your Lightspeed application
From Lightspeed :
- Click on the "REZA" checkout buttonClick on the "ZEN_CHEF Reservation WX" button
- Change the status of the reservation to "Seated" (always from Lightspeed)
- The status of the reservation on Zenchef will change from "Confirmed" to "Seated".
From Lightspeed :
- Open the table to which the reservation is assigned (green icon on the table).
- Make a note of the order on the table assigned to the reservation (Last Name-First Name in the top right-hand corner).
- Submit and close the reservation from Lightspeed by making the payment.
- The reservation will then change to "Completed" on Zenchef.
The till receipt will be reassembled and the average bill recalculated.

*PS : For seated bookings on several tables, you will find them in "Direct Sales" in the list of tables (and not directly on the seating plan).
Once the reservation has been selected, you can then "transfer it to another table" to see it on your seating plan.
For groups of tables, you can also "link another table" to the table on which the reservation is seated.
