Visibility of memos on my application:

If you have added a memo via your web profile, your teams will be able to view, modify, delete or even add new memos via the Android application.

They will be visible in the Booking notebook page :

To add a new memo, click on the icon on the top right-hand corner, then enter :

• a title
• choose a color to differentiate it from your booking book
• choose a start date and an end date
• add a Desciption for further explanation (optional).

To modify, duplicate, archive or delete, use the dedicated buttons at the bottom of your memo :
