What you need to know
This feature allows you to open availability for a specific room and link it to a dedicated service. Below you’ll find the step-by-step process for setting it up. A recap video is also available at the bottom of the article.
1. Making a room bookable from the web app
Step 1: Create your rooms with active table stock
Refer to the detailed article.
Step 2: Link your rooms to specific services

Click the service you want to edit.

Scroll down to Capacity limits > Rooms linked to this service.

Select the desired status for each room:

Open for online reservations
-
Closed for online reservations (but available for manual bookings)
-
Not linked to this service (completely disabled)

Save and close at the bottom of the page.
2. Making a room bookable from the iOS and Android app
This setting is only available on the iOS app. If you’re using an Android device, please log into your account via the web app to configure this.

Go to Settings > Bookings > Service Types.

Click the service you want to edit.

Scroll to the section Enable rooms linked to this service.

Select the appropriate status for each room:

Open for online reservations
-
Closed for online reservations (but available for manual bookings)

Not linked to this service (completely disabled)

Return to the previous page.

Save by clicking the top right corner.

How can I activate a room for just one specific day?
Create an exceptional service for the desired date. You’ll be able to activate the rooms of your choice just for that day. -
Can I make a room available for direct (phone) reservations only?
Yes. By selecting the appropriate icon (calendar with a crossed-out symbol), the room will not be bookable online but will still allow you to manually add phone reservations.
