How to make a room bookable?

 

This feature allows you to open availability for a specific room and dedicated service.

Here is the list of steps for its implementation. You will also find a recap video at the bottom of the article.

 

1. Create your stock of tables : Detailed article

 

2. Associate your rooms with service types:

  • Go to Settings>bookings>Shifts
  • On the selected shift, the new room will be disabled by default:Capture d’écran 2023-09-12 à 14.18.07.png
  • You can click on the blue crossed-out calendar ("not bookable"), which will make it visible on your floor plan in the Zenbook. However, this room availability will not be concedered for online bookings :

  • The green checkbox on the right will make the selected room bookable through the online booking widget and visible on the Zenbook if you want to assign tables to this room :Capture d’écran 2023-09-12 à 14.18.00.png
