What you need to know
This feature allows you to adjust availability for a specific room (area) during a service. Below you’ll find the step-by-step process for setting it up.
This feature can be configured in the web app and the iOS mobile app.
1. Making a room bookable
Step 1: Create your rooms with active table stock
Refer to the detailed article.
Step 2: Link your rooms to specific services
Click the service you want to edit.
Go to the second tab, which allows you to edit Capacity limitations.

Select the desired status for each room:
[Excluded] Not associated to this service (completely disabled)
[Offline] Closed to online reservations (but available for manual bookings)
[Online] Open to online reservations
Click Save & Close. (In iOS, click the tick mark on the top right).
Note that if you exclude a room, you'll need to reassign tables to any affected reservations.
2. Discover Live Availability
For those with Manage or Grow subscriptions, there is a new feature that allows you to change the availability and pacing for a service from the reservation view—without going into your settings. It is available on the web app, Android mobile app and iOS mobile app (minimum version 4.0.71).

FAQ
How can I activate a room for just one specific day or event? — Create a service exception for the desired date. You’ll be able to activate the rooms of your choice just for that day or event.
Can I make a room available for direct (phone) reservations only? — Yes. By selecting Closed to online reservations in the web app (Offline in the mobile app), the room will not be bookable online but will still allow you to manually add phone reservations.
