What You Need to Know

Tags in Zenchef are designed to help you deliver an outstanding experience to your clients while streamlining the management of customer data. They allow you to categorize your bookings and clients based on specific criteria, making it easier to personalize their visits and facilitate internal communication within your team.

Tags are available on both the Web and Mobile applications.

Please note that tag customization is not included in all subscription plans.

 

1. Assigning and Removing Tags

To use this feature, follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to your Zenchef account.

  • Click on the relevant booking.

  • In the "Booking info" tab, click on the "Tags on booking" field and select the tags you wish to assign to this booking

  • In the "Client info" tab, click on the "Tags on client" field and select the tags you wish to assign to this client

  • Changes are saved automatically

To remove a tag: click the small cross to the right of the assigned tag.

You can also add tags directly when creating a new booking or via your customer database.
