What you need to know
Creating separate rooms allows you to better organize your tables (e.g., main room, terrace, upstairs, private lounge) and more easily monitor their occupancy. Rooms are visible directly from your reservations tab. Your customers do not have access to your room plans.
1. Create a room from the web application

Click the "New Room" button

Name your room. For example: "Terrace".

You can also add items to help your team find their way around, like a bar, stairs, or plants, using the "add a decoration" button.

Once all your tables are created and placed, confirm and save your changes.
2. Create a room from the iOS app

Using the dropdown menu at the top left, go to Settings > Reservations > Rooms and tables.

Click the + icon to add a room.

The "pencil" icon lets you rename the room. For example: "Terrace".

Once all your tables are created and placed, confirm and save your changes.

I want to distinguish the terrace and the indoor room. This is entirely possible—just create two separate rooms in your settings: the terrace and the indoor room.

I want to enable a room only on certain days. For this, you need to activate the "Table Stock" feature. This allows you to manage your availability by space and by service.

Can I delete a room? Yes, click the trash can icon to delete a room. Note: if you just want to close the room temporarily (for example, your terrace during winter), you can deactivate a room by dissociating it from your services. This will save you from having to recreate it next season.

Can my customers see my room plans? No, your customers can never see your room plans. If you have enabled the "Room Choice" feature, they will only see the names of the rooms, not their details or layout.
