How to debit a customer ?

For reservations associated with a bank imprint:

  1. In case of NO SHOW

1️⃣ Change the reservation status to "no show"

2️⃣ Collect payment from the customer with a single click

                   2. In case of LATE CANCELLATION:

 

When a customer cancels their reservation beyond the cancellation deadline that you have set, the reservation changes to a status "late cancel".

In this case, you can collect the customer's bank imprint, in the same way as for a no show, by clicking on "debit the customer".
